Sonja has been excellent since day one! Finding and purchasing a home was a long process for me but she made it smooth as could be! Any question I had she answered. We toured god knows how many houses and she loved them all just as much as I did. We had plenty of laughs along the way! She made buying with her feel like buying from a friend, someone to work through it with me, not just show a house and tell me to buy it. Would recommend her to anyone! And should I ever decide to purchase again I will definitely being be calling her!

Finding the right home is never easy. Add to that moving from the West Coast and looking at homes online (which always look better in pictures) can make it impossible. Sonya guided us through the process effortlessly. She was always available and listened to what we wanted. By the time we made a trip to Columbia she had narrowed down resale and new developments with us in mind. When we chose the home we wanted, she guided us through the process seamlessly.
